Technical Note: While all of the general principles in these handouts apply to Unix systems in general, some technical details may be specific to IRIX 6.4. Always consult the documentation before executing an unfamiliar command or a familiar command on an unfamial operating system.
HPUX has a few quirks, especially when it comes to tuning and troubleshooting, here are a few links that are useful to the HP administrator.
